Ingredients
1 kg minced meat
200 g peas
3 eggs
400 g yogurt
3-4 carrots
2 tsp flour
250 g mushrooms
10-12 pickles
salt, pepper, cumin
cheese for sprinkling
Method
Carrots are cut and with peas boil. Minced meat is kneaded with spices, chopped pickles, mushrooms, cooked and chilled carrots and peas, eggs, flour and yogurt. In greased with sunflower oil pan pour the mixture and spread evenly. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake another 5 minutes.
