Pleven baklava

Ingredients
2 eggs
700 g sugar
250 g yogurt
400 g flour
pinch of baking soda
1 vanilla powder
Method
Beat the eggs with a graying 1 cup (200 g) sugar, add yogurt mixed with baking soda, flour and vanilla. Mix well and pour the mixture into a baking dish, previously buttered and sprinkled with a little flour. Bake in a moderate oven. When baklava cool cut into diamonds and pour the syrup prepared from the remaining sugar and 2 cups (400 g) of water.

As for baklava without nuts?

what is this Pleven baklava? I'm from Pleven region but never heard of such a baklava!

This cake is moist and has nothing to do with Pleven and baklava. The title is inappropriate.
