Method
Corey stacked as between smooth sheets are placed folded to obtain greater height. When ordered 2/3 of sheet, sprinkle with the ground walnuts and place top remaining pastry. With a sharp knife Baklava is cut diamonds, squares or triangles. Bay with a hot butter, taking care evenly. Then baklava is baked in a moderate oven until browned. During this time the syrup is made of sugar and 600 ml water, which, after boil boil for ten minutes and allowed to cool. In the syrup is added lemon juice (citric acid and can) to taste (not to saccharified baklava) and pour the baked and cooled baklava. Tray tilts to one side, take out a piece of baklava and a spoon transfer the syrup in a small saucepan. The syrup is heated until boil and is thickened and pour over baklava - so it will get shiny.
