Plum brandy

Ingredients
250 ml brandy or cognac
prunes
Method
Pitted plums cleaned of loose, not stuffed in glass jars. Pour in the brandy until they cover. Jars closed well, kept in a cool place. From time to time they are turned upside down. They are ready when the swell, ie are fully committed cognac.
