Poached eggs with mashed potatoes

Ingredients
10 eggs
60 g butter
6-7 potatoes
1 cup (200 ml) milk
parsley
salt

Method
Eggs fried poached in the butter. Add salt and arrange in a large wide bowl, with sprinkled with chopped parsley. Krtofite Boil, peel and passed through a press. The resulting sauce pour the milk and boil to thicken. Season with the butter and salt to taste and pour into the bowl with the eggs in the shape of a crown.
