Podluchena kavarma yogurt

Ingredients
750 g mutton
2 bunches of spring onions
3 links garlic
1 cup (200 g) yogurt
5 tbsp (100 g) butter
salt
pepper
Method
The meat is cut into pieces, add salt and sprinkle with finely chopped pepper, pour a little hot water and bake in the oven until it breaks. Add the yogurt, chopped onion and the butter. Pour over the 3 cups hot water, stir and dopicha.
