Podlucheni zucchini

Ingredients
5 zucchini
4 tbsp flour
2 cup yogurt
1 head of garlic
salt
dill
sunflower oil

Method
Wash the courgettes and cut into slices, not thinner than 1 cm, allowed to drain part of their juice. Rolled in flour and fry in hot oil until golden color. Crushed garlic with the salt and mix with yogurt, chopped dill and 2-3 tbsp of hot fat. With the resulting sauce is poured partitioned fried zucchini.

After tumbling in potapyayute flour in water and then fry, the oil does not turn black. Enjoy your meal! Very tasty!

Will the oil in the pan, iana, as fry wet! I soak them first, then roll in flour and fried after 20 minutes when taken flour. To save time slice of the courgettes lengthways.

Most often the diluted version with zucchini in the summer!
