Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
1 tbsp (20 g) yeast
2 cup (400 g) feta cheese
125 g butter
1 pinch salt

Method
Yeast grips with some water and flour and allowed to rise. Rise of yeast, flour, salt and water to prepare dough for mekitsi, which after the rise, put in greased pan with butter and bake. Baked cake while still hot, is broken into chunks that are sprinkled with crumbled feta cheese, sprinkled with melted butter and serve.
