Polish appetizer

Ingredients
800 g drained yogurt or 400 g cottage cheese
4 tbsp crumbled sheep cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
salt
Method
All products are broken down with the mixer and place in a salad. Serve with slices of toasted bread.
