Polish zrazi

Ingredients
150 g of ground beef
150 g minced meat pork
1 slice bread
1 egg
40 g salo or bacon
20 g lard
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
piece of onion
paprika
pepper
salt
Method
Bread soaked in water and then grind with a little machine for meat. Add the minced meat, egg, spices, salt, half the chopped salo and mix. The mixture is divided into 4 parts, to make cutlets and sprinkle with finely chopped salo. Wound on roulade and fry on all sides in fat. Add the chopped onion, fry to yellow, sprinkle pepper, pour water and stew. Soften zrazi be removed.
