Popska salad

Ingredients
1.2 kg small onions (shallots)
300 g walnuts
1 lemon
20 ml vegetable oil
salt
parsley
Method
Cleaned and peeled onions baked in the oven. Separately fuck in large pieces kernels, add salt and pour vegetable oil. In the salad arrange half of the onions and sprinkle with half of the chopped walnuts. This combination is repeated so as to obtain two layers, pour with lemon juice and sprinkled with parsley. The salad is served chilled. You can garnish with olives.
