Pork chops with garlic
Ingredients
5 (750 g) pork chops
8-10 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
salt
pepper

Method
Chops are crushed with a wooden mallet, sprinkle with salt and pepper, rolled in flour and fry. After removing them in the same oil fry finely chopped cloves of garlic. Return to steaks, with cloud the lid and sauté for 8-10 minutes on low heat. The chops are tastier and more tender if choking them add 1/2 cup red wine.

me what to say nothing much is in my view a little more garlic because it feels great and flour May unnecessary and can without them oval, I think.
