Pork ears BBQ

Ingredients
1 kg pork ears
50-70 g Pikantina for BBQ and BBQ or other seasoning of your choice
lemon juice
soy sauce (optional)
salt

Method
Well washed ears are placed in salted water and cook for about 45 minutes - should be fully cooked. Remove from pan and cut into strips about 1-2 cm. Bake BBQ charcoal (Electric. BBQ are not so good). When ready cut immediately bites, put in enough deep saucepan with lid, sprinkle with 3-4 pinches Pikantina, lemon juice and salt to taste, cover and shaken several times, so be seasoned well. Repeat the same procedure for each new batch removed from the BBQ. * Optional can add soy sauce with Pikantinata and lemon juice, but it's up to taste. * If 3-4 pinches Pikantina you unsalted, put more.
