Pork fillet

Ingredients
5 pork fillets
50 g mushrooms
100 g ham
4 eggs
Flour
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Fillets fried. Make their incisions and place in them stuffed with stewed mushrooms, ham and boiled eggs - all finely chopped. Add salt to taste, immersed in a slurry of flour and fry in hot fat. Serve hot, garnished with the seasons.
