Ingredients
1 kg pork loin
2 l cabbage juice
10 cloves of garlic
pepper
paprika
cumin
salt
Method
Meat Wash and boil on low heat in cabbage juice. After boiling, while hot, smeared with crushed garlic and sprinkle with plenty of red pepper and finely chopped pepper and cumin. Serve cold, cut into thin slices.
