Pork oven
Ingredients
1,5 kg pork
10 chapters (500 g) onion
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 g) tomato paste
1/2 connection savory
20 peppercorns
1/4 cup (50 ml) red wine

Method
Boned and cut pieces of meat fry lightly in fat. Add chopped onion and zadushva until soft. Then add the tomato puree, broken water, pepper, wine, chopped herbs and salt to taste. The dish pour into a baking dish and bake in the oven to soften the meat.
