Pork raw pickle

Ingredients
600 g pork streaky
1 stalk leek
3-4 tomatoes pickled
3-4 pickled peppers
5-6 potatoes
savory
sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
1 onion
Method
Pork, cut into pieces fry add the leeks and onions are confused about 3-4 minutes. Put red pepper, tomatoes and peppers, cut into pieces. Pour water and a bit of sauce pickles. Allow to simmer for about an hour until the meat is tender. Add peeled and coarsely chopped potatoes and boil for another 20-30 minutes. Finally sprinkle with savory. If necessary thicken with flour.

Danny, very tasty dish that seems to me very interesting, I've never cooked with raw pickle, but I will try! :)

This is Granny's recipe for a long time they searched and found her three years ago. Was my favorite when I was little.

Great cooked meal. I think that is characteristic of Radomir end.
