Pork roll

Ingredients
pork streaky
pepper
ground allspice
savory
garlic
salt
cabbage juice
Method
Meat to a thickness of about 1.5 cm. Hammer and rubbed with spices. Wound on a tight roll and tied with strong thread. Boil for about 1 hour in cabbage juice. Well drained and dried roll refrigerate.
