Pork skewer

Ingredients
500 g pork (lean, leg)
hard white bread
120 g smoked meat
bay leaf
oil
cress
pepper
salt
Method
The pork is cut into 12 cubes, meat slices are cut with a thickness of 1.5 cm squares with dimensions identical to those of the cubes of meat and rank along with the bay leaf and smoked meat, diced 4 metal spit. Place in a baking dish, sprinkled with olive oil, add salt is sprinkled pepper and bake in a hot oven until soft (30-40 minutes). When roasting spits are turning once. The dish is ready when the bread gets crispy. Decorate with watercress.
