Pork steak Tarnovski
Ingredients
5 (750 g) pork chops
2 (100 g) peppers
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 tbsp (40 g) tomato paste
120 ml white wine
1 bay leaf
pepper
salt
Method
Chops are crushed with a wooden mallet, add salt and sprinkle with pepper. Fry in fat and remove. In the same fat, sauté the mushrooms and peppers, chopped. After softening them was added and fry the flour. The mixture is poured the wine and boil for 15-20 minutes, finally add bay leaf. With so prepared sauce is poured over the steaks.
