Ingredients
500-600 g veal tail or sausage
2-3 peppers
1 large zucchini
eggplant 1
2 carrots
1 slice celery
4-5 tomatoes
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 lemon
1tbsp flour
parsley
salt
dill
Method
The meat is boiled for 2-3 hours in salted water, then removed, cut into portioned pieces, and strain the broth. The peppers are roasted and cleaned of stems and seeds. Zucchini and eggplant peel and cut into slices. Thus prepared vegetables rolled in flour and fry. After being fried in the same oil sauté shredded carrots, celery, tomatoes and onions. In pan fried vegetables rank on them steamed, then meat. Serve sprinkled with parsley, dill and salt, cover with slices of tomatoes and peeled and cleaned of seeds lemons and bake in the oven. In the rest of the frying fat and suppressing fry flour and dilute broth. With the resulting sauce after boil pour the dish and bake another 10-15 minutes. The dish can be prepared with sausage instead of meat. In this case, take hot water instead of broth, which is flavored with 2-3 drops of rum or brandy.
