Potato balls

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 cup milk
1 cup lightly salted water
flour
2 eggs
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Cooking potatoes smash on paste, which is added to milk. Vazvaryava lightly salted water and to this was added, with constant stirring flour as to obtain a smooth, not very thick porridge. It is mixed with mashed potatoes and add the beaten eggs. Allow the mixture to rest for about 1 hour. Then form balls as walnut and fry in a highly heated sunflower oil.

how much flour is placed in the water?

yulmana7, each meal is different moisture and takes different amounts of water, so they put a little until a not very thick porridge.
