Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1-2 onions
2 eggs
parsley
mint
pepper
salt
flour for rolling
# For topping:
1 cup yogurt
2-3 sklidki garlic

Method
Boil the potatoes and Strain. Add all ingredients and kneads the mixture well. Formed into balls and rolled in flour, fried in the boiling sunflower oil. Then optional topping is made with yogurt and garlic, so do not feel fat, because they take a lot of the oil.

recipe is super, but I always add and Cheese and it in larger quantity!
Always before I took with Cheese, but when I found this recipe them do just that. Become great and be done with pickled sauce. milk and chesanche straight mmm!
