Potato buhtichki sausage

Ingredients
750 g potatoes
200 g sausage
cheese
butter
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Peel the potatoes, boil and then grated. To these are added diced sausage, salt and pepper. Mix and pour into a small baking dish greased with plenty of butter. Bake in a moderate oven until ready. From baked potato mixture with a spoon shape buhtichki who turn in a dish, sprinkle with grated cheese mixed with very finely chopped parsley. Serve with tomato sauce or salad.

I got the recipe from a culinary magazine has decided to get on and saw that already there. Great recipe! Very easy and very very tasty. In my case I used smoked pork neck, parmesan cheese instead and some savory. Good for zlatina that has risen recipe I will include pictures.
