Potato croquettes

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
1 cup (200 g) flour
1 egg
nutmeg
pepper
salt
100 g feta cheese "parmesan" or "Emmental"
butter
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and still warm compress. Add the flour, egg, salt, spices and make dough. Took shape croquettes, thick 1 cm long and 3 cm, and gradually put in boiling salted water. When you come to the surface are removed with latticed spoon, place in greased with butter fire pan, add the pieces of butter, sprinkle grated feta cheese and bake slightly.
