Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
100 g flour
1-2 eggs
300 g cottage cheese
100 ml sunflower oil
cumin
salt
mayonnaise or table cream

Method
If you use unsalted cottage cheese, it flavor. cooking well washed unpeeled potatoes (best steam - use a pressure cooker), peel while still hot and mashed potatoes with the press. Add salt is. I tried, as part of izvarenkite stuffing is cottage cheese and jam, or just jam. All three fillings we liked. :). Only if you are prepared with sweet stuffing, cumin do not put in the dough; For even faster making izvarenkite can be mixed with curd potato dough and form balls or rolls.
