Potato kebabs

Ingredients
600 g potatoes
2 eggs
20 g butter
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
flour for rolling
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and Strain together with the butter. Add the egg yolks and pepper. Kneaded and shaped meatballs. Dip in beaten whites, rolled in flour and fry.
