Potato Mamulay

Ingredients
# For the filling:
250 g minced meat
1 onion
1 carrot
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cumin
salt and pepper
# For the puree:
1.5 kg potatoes
1 egg
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1/4 tsp nutmeg
sunflower oil for frying
flour for frying
salt and pepper

Method
Cook potatoes until they are warm and Strain. Add 1-2 pinches of salt, egg and nutmeg. The mixture was kneaded nice. Was added and flour, stirred until a thick paste. Chop finely, pour in the heated sunflower oil and stew 2 minutes. Add the grated carrot and stew and a bit of a quiet fire. When the vegetables are ready to put the minced meat and fry until color changes. The filling is seasoned with cumin, salt, and red pepper. With wet hands, take the dough. An average large circles and filled with stuffing. Made in rolls, sprinkle flour or breadcrumbs and fry in heated sunflower oil until browned.

Put flour as quite thick dough. I apologize for the omission.

I've done pretty much the same and gets better if the puree to add breadcrumbs, not flour. Very tasty recipe :)
