Potato patties Albena

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1 onion
ground cumin
pepper
savory
paprika
200 g pate
Method
Boil the potatoes, peel and while still warm smash together with spices, egg, grated onions and pate. Stir a homogeneous mixture. With a spoon dipped in water and then in 1: 1 mixture of wheat and cornmeal are scoops of the mixture and form meatballs. Fry in very fat. When you stay another day are delicious.

I do not know the cut of pate, but for this amount of potatoes, I think that the average weight of 180 g, will be sufficient. I'll try and tell you.
