Potato patties with sauce

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
300 g feta cheese
300 g cheese
savory
parsley
salt
4 eggs
sunflower oil for frying
breadcrumbs
500 g yogurt
dill
3-4 skilitki garlic
pepper

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and blend. Add the feta cheese, cheese, savory, parsley, salt, pepper and 2 eggs. All of this mixture was passaged and stirred well. Are formed meatballs and rolled in bread crumbs, then dipped in beaten egg and again rolled in bread crumbs. Fry until golden in the fryer or pan with more oil. Separately prepare the sauce, adding to yogurt add finely chopped dill and parsley and chopped garlic. The mixture is stirred well and meatballs are served with this sauce.

recipe is perfect, and I do them in much the same way and are superb.

This recipe for potato meatballs is also very good, in fact is excellent. I put parsley and breading me is different (again use this Ellie - Панирани vegetables - Eli ).

And I do them well, but in the mixture and add a little flour to not fall apart.
