Potato pie

Ingredients
2 kg potatoes
1 l buttermilk
flour
salt
margarine
vegetable oil
fruit jam
Method
500 g of potatoes are cooked. Raw peeled and cooked potatoes are grated. Ira and add a little flour. Salt dough and spread on a greased baking dish with vegetable oil. Bake in a hot oven at moderate temperature until golden yellow. Cut into pieces and still hot smeared with blueberry jam or served with any other fruit.
