Potato Souffle gardener

Ingredients
300-400 g mashed potatoes
1 egg
50 g onion
50 g butter
400 g minced meat
50 g sunflower oil
150 g of green peas
150 carrots
1 tbsp flour
salt black pepper, oregano
Method
Fry them a little chopped onion and minced meat briefly over high heat. Sprinkle with flour. Add salt, pepper, oregano, then add vegetables, stir and sauté them with a little water. Meanwhile, prepare mashed potatoes, as cool a add beaten egg. In a greased pan with sunflower oil to put vegetable-meat stuffing, mashed potatoes on top, and a portion of mashed potatoes decorated surface with spray. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 C. Optional sprinkled with cheese before baking.
