Potato soup Nadia

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
1 onion
1 carrot
1 red pepper
1 grated tomato (or jar)
100 g feta cheese
1/3 cup vermicelli
1 yolk
1 tbsp yogurt
1/3 cup sunflower oil
broth
savory, black pepper, salt
fresh parsley

Method
Luke, carrot and pepper finely and sauté in the oil. Pour water and bring to the boil add the diced potatoes, tomato juice, broth and dry spices. After a few minutes add and vermicelli. When the potatoes and noodles are cooked, make soup thickener with yolk and yogurt. We remove the soup from the heat, sprinkle it with chopped parsley and add the diced feta cheese (the size of a potato).
