Potato soup with rice
Ingredients
7-8 (400 g) of potatoes
1-2 heads (100 g) onion
90 g butter
1/4 cup (50 g) rice
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
parsley
salt

Method
Onions, chopped, stew until soft in fat, mixed with red pepper, pour hot salted water and boil. Add the diced potatoes. After boiling the potatoes add the rice. Boil the soup for 5-10 minutes. After downloading it from the fire sprinkle with chopped parsley and pepper to taste.

Tasty and light soup, very easy to prepare :)

From me put pepper and tomato. Falsified with mint and pepper. Delicious is both warm and cold.
