Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
2 skinless sausages
1 jar (800 g) pickles
100 g processed cheese
100 g cheese
2 eggs
1 cup milk
pepper, salt
Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water. Grate in large pieces grater and mix with spices, eggs and milk. In greased cake form spread half of potato mixture. Top rank sliced ​​skinless sausages, pickles and processed cheese. On them pour the rest of the potato mixture. Bake in preheated 200 ° C oven. Finished cake is removed from the mold and sprinkle with grated cheese.
