Potatoes with babek oven
Ingredients
10-12 (1 kg) potatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) vegetable oil
2 heads (100 g) onion
250 g babek or sausage
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 eggs
4 tbsp (80 g) yogurt
150 g cheese
pepper
salt

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into slices. In fat stew chopped onion, then add the flour and Babek, cut into pieces. Pour 2 cups hot water and boil. Then add the potatoes and pepper. Dish add salt to taste, stir and pour into pan. Pour in beaten with yogurt eggs, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a moderate oven until browned.
