Potatoes with salo

Ingredients
100 g well smoked salo
7-8 (1 kg) potatoes
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
salt
Method
Cook potatoes unpeeled, without Braising, peel and cut into slices. Salo was cut into pieces and fry. In separated from her fat stew until golden coloring chopped onion, then add the flour and fry until golden color. Roux diluted with 1 and 1/2 cup hot water. Once the sauce boil, add the potatoes. Dish add salt to taste and leave to stew over low heat for several minutes.
