Pretzels
Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
3 eggs
3 tbsp caster sugar
2 tbsp fresh butter
1 tsp ammonia soda
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
1 vanilla powder
3-4 tbsp ground walnuts

Method
From the flour, the butter, two eggs, sugar, yogurt, baking soda and vanilla, mix a medium stiff dough. Roll out sheet 1 cm thick, from which a larger and a smaller cup pretzels are cut. Spread beaten egg, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake in a moderately hot oven.
