Pretzels steamed dough

Ingredients
500 ml milk
6 tbsp butter
15 tbsp flour with peak
4 eggs
# For the filling:
100 g grated cheese
100 g finely chopped ham
1 egg
pinch ground black pepper
Method
Milk and 500 ml water to the boil, add 5 tbsp butter and flour immediately. Stir constantly with a wooden spoon until the dough begins to separate from the walls of the vessel. After cooled down were added one by one egg and 1 tbsp butter. The finished dough is rolled into a sheet. Cut out squares, insert the filling and fold into triangles. Sticky ends. You can cut out circles with a glass, to put stuffing, be folded and shaped like shells. Bake in greased pan in moderate oven.
