Pretzels-sticks

Ingredients
1 cup yogurt
1 cup pork lard
1 tsp salt
10 g ammonia soda (1 packet)
flour as you take a medium hard dough
1 egg for egg wash
cheese for sprinkling

Method
Ammonia soda to extinguish in yogurt and products is engaging medium hard dough, which is divided into two parts. Each portion is rolled out thin crust (about 0.5 cm) and cut into sticks with kale knife or normal knife. Smeared with egg, sprinkle with grated cheese. The rods are arranged in a buttered baking dish and bake until browned.

lard can it be replaced by other fat?

I have not done before with other fat, but I guess lard can be replaced with margarine, however, then it and the taste of crackers will change.
