Pudding Chicken

Ingredients
1 small chicken
1 and 1/2 cup Rice
60 g butter
2 eggs
salt
pepper
breadcrumbs
Method
Cleaned chicken pour 5 cups cold water, add salt and boil. Boil until soft, remove, strain the broth, Weigh 4 cups, which are placed over the fire. When the broth boil, it is placed the washed and drained rice and boil on low heat until absorb the liquid. Chicken boned and cut into very small pieces (better if bold). Dilute with little broth to obtain a uniform thick slurry to which was added the cooked rice, the fat and egg yolk. Egg whites are broken down into hard snow and carefully admixed to the mixture is poured into greased with oil and scatter with breadcrumbs form. Pudding bake in a moderately hot oven about 25 minutes. Serve hot with pickles and salad of your choice.
