Pudding Pumpkin

Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
300 ml milk
200 g oatmeal
50 g raisins
1 vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
nutmeg
2 egg whites
Method
Pumpkin cut into cubes and stew in 50 g butter. Oats are cooked in milk and mix with the pumpkin. Add sugar, raisins, nuts, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg and a little beaten egg whites. In bowls custard, well smeared with butter put the mixture, sprinkle with a little brown sugar and bake in a water bath for 30 minutes.
