Pudding white beans

Ingredients
200 g beans
3 eggs
butter or margarine
6 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp breadcrumbs or ground crackers
5 tbsp ground walnuts
little nutmeg
lemon juice
cinnamon
Method
Beans are soak overnight in water. It gets cooked, drain and mix with a mixer or grind with machine for meat. Separate the egg whites and yolks of eggs. Softened butter mixed with sugar, egg yolks, ground beans, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, the walnuts and beaten egg whites. The mixture is placed in a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour cake form. Bake in a moderately heated oven. Once cooled down pudding turns to bowl. Serve with fruit juice.
