Puff banitsa cheese

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
pinch of salt
1 tbsp vinegar
3/4 cup sunflower oil
# For the filling:
250 g feta cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp yogurt
pinch of baking soda
Method
From flour leaves little - for kneading. The rest of the meal is done well, pour vinegar and 1 tbsp sunflower oil, sprinkle with salt and gradually add lukewarm water (about 300-400 ml). Knead dough until smooth stay. Divide into 18 balls. Each ball is rolled small circle dab with sunflower oil and stick 2 x 2 (9 balls are). Rest 20-30 minutes, covered with a cloth. Each ball is rolled into a square sheet and sprinkle with oil. Folded sheets in half, dab with fat and still be folded in half to get back to square. Dab with oil and put in the middle 1/9 of the filling. The four corners of the sheet are folded and their peaks are collected in the middle of the patties being clipped. The banitsi put in an oiled dish, sprinkle with oil and bake in a moderate oven.
