Ingredients
1 kg pumpkin
400 g cottage cheese
200 g biscuits
100 g sugar
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup yogurt
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg

Method
Cookies are crushed like breadcrumbs. Pour into pan with loose bottom, pre-greased with melted butter. The cottage cheese and yogurt is stirred to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pumpkin cut into cubes, boiled and pureed. Season with cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, lemon juice, brown and white sugar. Pumpkin puree to add milk and eggs. The mixture was passaged and under continuous stirring, was added to the cottage cheese. The entire mixture was poured onto the biscuit and baked for 40 minutes at 180 C. When the cheesecake hardening is removed from the oven and allowed to cool.
