Pumpkin jelly

Ingredients
800 g pumpkin
120 g sugar
12 g gelatin
30 ml rum or cognac
Method
Pumpkin cut into cubes and boil in a sugar syrup made from sugar and water to cover them . Once cooked cubes are removed, and the syrup is filtered and cooled. Inside placed gelatine warmed to dissolve and add rum. Cooked cubes are placed in molds, pour with gelatin and leave to cool.
