Pumpkin pasta

Ingredients
1,5 kg pumpkin
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) chopped walnuts
1 cup (200 ml) milk
5 tsp (25 g) breadcrumbs
2 tbsp (50 g) butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup (50 g) powdered sugar
Method
Pumpkin Peel, cut into small cubes and stew until soft with the butter and milk, then ground to a paste and mixed with sugar, beat egg yolks, chopped walnuts and breadcrumbs cinnamon. Finally added with gentle mixing beaten egg whites. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, greased with butter, and bake. The finished pasta is served sprinkled with powdered sugar.

recipe is not very complicated, and dessert is quite nice.

I prefer to stay on the pumpkin cubes that inundate with other products and so podpicham dessert.

cubes will be better.
