Pumpkin roll

Ingredients
180 g flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
200 g cooked and blend to puree the pumpkin
150 g chopped walnuts
240 g cottage cheese
1 vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
50 g butter

Method
Flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon put in a deep dish. Add to the beaten eggs with sugar and pumpkin puree. Mix well. Pour into a buttered baking dish and dusted with the walnuts. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven. Then turn off the roll while it is warm. Prepare the cream of the cottage cheese, which is mixed and stirred with powdered sugar, butter and vanilla macerate. Tepid roll develops carefully smeared well with cream, screw back and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

I tried it, but I felt inside was testyavo, you might need a little more to bake. If someone has done it to say.

Very tasty roll! To me bake well. My baking pan is big and get thin crust, which is ideal to roll. Ioan. 93, suppose that the baking pan has been less and marshes was thicker.

sladki64e, and how big your baking pan?

15 -20 minutes was enough. If the baking pan is smaller, increasing the baking time. It is best to check with a stick, if sticky.
