Puree beans

Ingredients
400 g red beans
basil
thyme
lovage
mint
salt
vinegar
sunflower oil
Method
Beans cooked with spices. Filter and passaged by adding a little bit of the broth to give a smooth paste. Season with salt, vinegar and sunflower oil.
