Puree cheese

Ingredients
200 g feta cheese
100 g butter
50 ml milk
400 g flour
salt
Method
The feta cheese fry in the butter over low heat, then pour the milk. To the processed cheese, add the flour. The mixture boil on low heat about 30 minutes until it is removed from the pan, stirring continuously. If necessary add salt to taste. Serve on a plate or on a slice of bread, decorated optional.
